Who can benefit from our service?

Our service is designed for young people aged 18-25 who are leaving care, including young people at risk and those who may have committed an offence. We aim to provide specialist support to help young people to develop their independent living skills, sustain a tenancy, and integrate into community living.

What does our Young Peoples Floating Support Service offer?

Our outreach support is tailored to each individual, with person-centred support planning approaches. We offer a range of services to help young people develop the skills necessary to manage all aspects of their lives independently, including budgeting skills, cooking skills, support to access health services, education, training or employment, and leisure services to reduce social isolation. We also provide support to secure independent move-on accommodation from accommodation-based settings.
