The Hull-based support service commissioned by Hull City Council provides personalised support to help individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
This service offers immediate access to accommodation and aims to help service users achieve an assured shorthold tenancy.

Who is this service for?
Our service is designed to support individuals who have been accepted by the local authority as homeless. We provide a comprehensive package of personalised, flexible, and strength-based support to help them gain access to accommodation and ultimately secure an assured shorthold tenancy. Our goal is to equip our service users with the skills, knowledge, and support they need to achieve independence and lead fulfilling lives.
Our wraparound support package is tailored to meet the individual needs of our service users. We provide a range of services, including financial management, benefits advice, access to healthcare, mental health support, social inclusion and leisure activities. We take a strengths-based approach to our support, building on the assets of each individual and focusing on the outcomes that matter to them on their journey towards independence.
Our approach to support is grounded in Making Every Adult Matter (MEAM), Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE), and Trauma-Informed Care approaches (TIC). We work in partnership with several key organisations in the locality to ensure that our service users receive the best possible care and support to achieve positive outcomes appropriate for them.
Referrals to our service can be made through Hull City Council’s Housing Options Team.
